Overall, my stay was quite enjoyable with a massive and comfortable bed in the rooms, along with some really nice thoughtful touches like USB sockets by the bed. However, the cleanliness of the room was concerning as it had not been cleaned for two days despite my requests. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to ensure my experience was memorable. Also, the location was convenient, just a short walk to Soho Square. Unfortunately, there were some noise issues from the terrace nearby.
